Technical:

Make technical proposals. These may range from turning off buttons to redesigning processes

Economic:

Develop arguments about costs and benefits to justify your proposal to the groups you have already identified.

Promotion:

Identify support mechanisms, and expected barriers, both within and outside your workplace and how to deal with them
