Blended Learning... |
|
As its name suggests, blended learning is a mixture of e-learning and person to person traditional learning and includes active learning. Epaw materials provide this mixture. Blending learning is the most effective way of getting to grips with the new opportunities arising with on and off-line learning, support and guidance. Blended learning offers many ways of combining these different learning techniques. The simplest version is open-ended access to web based learning backed up by regular, but reduced, tutor and peer contact. this works best where there is commitment, not just from learners, but also employers. Dedicated learning time at work is crucial. Equally crucial is communication between participants. Once learners meet each other, they are much more likely to remain in contact with each other for mutual benefit. |
