Step 6 Traceback

At certain times we will ask for full traceability which must be able to be demonstrated, this must start at your despatch to Co-operative depot and then work back through the supplier down to marketing organisations / Grower Co-op / grower who must be able to deliver traceability back to the field / orchard / glasshouse.
All or some of the following records maybe requested:

1. Traceability documentation of product from out of supplier to depot. (Despatch)

2. Traceability documentation of product within the supplier in the U.K. if applicable. (Intake, Q.C. Production)

3. Traceability documentation of product back to the individual grower
and through to the individual Field / Orchard/ Glasshouse.

4. Record of all pesticides applied to the crop

5. The grower/ co-op / marketing organizations Proposed list for that crop season,
as agreed during Grower Approval

6. Fertiliser application records applied to that crop

7. Copies of any pesticide residue testing undertaken on that grower and product within that season

8. Pesticide store records for that grower, in that season

9. Copies of seed/ root stock purchase and show the traceability to this

10. Copy of current BRC / GLOBALGAP or APS Audit
