Aspects
describe part of the work that does something that may impact
of the environment.

Impacts
Then
look at the actual reaction with the environment. This is
called the impact. The IMPACT is the actual change, beneficial
or adverse, on any part of the environment. The "impact"
describes the change that takes place. It may be beneficial
or harmful.
