Technical - Procedural changes

If the process remains and the process has been adjusted, is there anything else that can be done?

These are the sorts of questions you could ask.

Is the way we carry out a task creating more waste than is necessary?

Is someone else simply repeating what you have already done?

Does finishing a task early create more waste ?

Could introducing a resource monitoring system assist in identifying waste minimisation opportunities and reduce unnecessary wastage?

Could timely quality checks detect faults and reduce wastage?

Are short cuts taken as a result of fluctuations in customer demands which may increase impacts in order to fulfill contracts?
