Activities 1.3 & 1.4

Activity 1.3 asks you to complete a chart that identifies an aspect of your workplace with each of the main global impacts. Don't be worried if you dont think you have any great influence on the impacts; the idea is for you to recognise that there is a connection between everything we do and the environment.

Activity 1.4 follows through Activity 1.3 by asking you to choose 3 of the work aspects.

Then trace how the environmental impacts they make may affect natural systems and cycles. Make a simple drawing and give a brief description how your work may affect the natural cycles.

Make sure you cover all the ranges. It may be worth looking up 'persistence' and 'cumulative' in the glossary to see how these words related to the impacts.

Make sure you include the words 'balance', 'order' and 'ecology' in your response to indicate how nature is affected by work activities.
