Records The most important part of this stepwise programme is entering your records. The first time you approach, you will be asked for your supplier reference and passsword. After that you should be able to load the pages directly. You can go in and out of the records at any time, anywhere, enter the answers and then save them till next time. The Final Report to Co-op will consist of the record of the Six Steps. Step 1 Identify the Pests and Pesticides Step 2 Check Pesticides with Co-op Prohibited/monitored Lists Step 3 Measuring how much is used of what (not in db yet, awaits online spreadhseet) Step 4 Determine the priorities for action at/ after application, with special reference to Safe Use of Pesticides Step 5 Set targets that are achivable Step 6 Identify the benefits of reduced pesticide use. To see how much you have completed, the Record Index in the database indicates what sections are saved, submitted or inactive.You can't submit until you have answered all the questions, when the hyperlink comes off that section signalling you have done everything properly. Whichever page you enter, you can find the Assessment Index to the other records. The Co-operative can then check by asking all sorts of questions - eg.g "who answered 'yes' to question 3 in Section "Identify Pesticides"?" This will enable to Co-operative to provide support where needed more accurately. The Programme sets out six steps to follow to make the process clearer.
