To begin

Throughout the programme you will collect evidence to put into your portfolio. It will be a bit difficult at first, but after a while you will get the hang of it.

Many of the activities ask you to go and talk with people at your work. Clearly these cannot be the same people all the time - they have a job to do!

As you progress you will gradually set up a network of people within your organisation who are willing to talk with you and help you.
These people will include managers responsible for various activities and trade union representatives, but also friendly chemists, cleaners, secretaries, and estate workers.
Also set up contact with others in the group by e-mail/regular phone calls . This is your network and will give you more support than the facilitators.
