Action Plan
You will need to note down the following for reporting purposes:
Who is
responsible for which actions
What
timescales are required for each action
What is
priority applicable to which action
Action plans should be maintained and circulated to relevant employees,
And possibly contractors, other managers and union reps.
Report
Report your action plans to your manager
Consider changes to local work practices, and identify consequences of these changes.
Local notes / minutes for each inspection may detail the agreed responsibilities.
