Put your Plan into Practice

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this activity, you will be able to
· Implement environmental practices at work
· Assess the implementation of your plan.

Assessment Criteria
You will
· Produce a log of the implementation of an environmental practice.
· Make an assessment of your plan of implementation

Task 1:

Approach a responsible person and explain to them what you are going to do. Make sure you have permission to put your plan into practice and that you have agreement with whoever else is involved.

Make a log of the implementation of your plan to carry out an environmental practice, logging who do what, where and when.

Report your findings to any of the following meetings

management meeting
team meeting
trade union branch meeting
other meeting (e.g SHE Meeting, Environment Action Group)

Explain what you learnt most from implementing environmental practices and what advice would you pass on to soembody else trying to implement an environmental practice

Get somebody at the meeting to sign the witness statement
