This
HESSME Guide to Workplace Well-being sets how small companies
can adopt the Best Practices of Health Promotion, Environmental
Management and Occupational Health and Safety and improve
their business effectiveness.
'Workplace
Well-being' is for people at work who wish to make their workplace
a better place for the health, the environment and safety
for people at and around work.
|
Changes
to the European workforce include increased ageing, more part-time
work, more unsocial hours, more outsourcing, and more stress,
voilence and harassment.
There
is an increasing need to go beyond relying on methods focused
on reduction of physical, chemical or biological hazards and
develop an holistic approach to the social management of health,
environment and safety.
