Putting the results of your risk assessment into practice will make a difference
when looking after people. Writing down the results of your risk assessment, and sharing them with staff, encourages you to do this. If there are fewer than five employees this not have
to be written down, though it is useful so that others can review it at a later date.

A risk assessment should be suitable and sufficient. You need to be able to show that:

a proper check was made;

you asked who might be affected;

you dealt with all the significant hazards,

the precautions are reasonable, and the remaining risk is low; and

you involved y staff or their representatives in the process.

You may find that there are quite a lot of improvements that could be made. Make a plan of
