Design and construct structural elements by qualified and experienced professionals, and certified or approved by competent authorities or professionals. When high-risk locations, engage qualified experts with relevant and recognized experience, separate from the designers, to conduct a review. Seek to prevent the occurrence of incidents and accidents associated with moving equipment on public roads and other forms of infrastructure.
