Consult with local communities, when they may be affected by risks or adverse impacts.

Build and maintain a constructive relationship with these communities.

Reflect the risks to and adverse impacts on the affected communities.

Community engagement will be free of external manipulation, interference, or coercion, and intimidation, and conducted on the basis of timely, relevant, understandable and accessible information.
