Social and Environmental Management System Organisational Capacity (corresponds with ISO 14001 4.4.1) Establish, maintain, and strengthen as necessary an organizational structure that defines roles, responsibilities, and authority to implement the management program, including the Action Plan. Designate specific personnel, including management representative(s), with clear lines of responsibility and authority. Define key social and environmental responsibilities Communicate roles and responsibililties to the relevant personnel and to the rest of the organization. Provide sufficient management sponsorship and human and financial resources to achieve performance.
