Measurements can be derived from several places. Here are three sorts of numbers.

• There may be a company benchmark.

• There may be indicators generated by outside bodies for your sector

• You can help generate indicators to use internally.

As a start, you are going to borrow an environmental managment technique. You are going to do something like a benchmark.

Instead of marking the whole company, you are going to mark the performance of your workplace.

Instead of a benchmark, we call it a 'plantmark'.
