3 WORKING CONDITIONS & TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Respect collective bargaining agreement (EXPLAIN _ glossary) with a workers ’ organisation. Such agreements may cover working conditions and terms of employment , e.g. wages and benefits, hours of work, overtime arrangements, leave for illness, maternity, vacation or holiday.
