Objectives and Targets (ISO 4.3.3)

Establish and maintain environmental objectives and targets.

Objectives and targets must be measurable.

Choose a measure that reflects your concerns..eg. Working days lost through accidents.

Set an objective - a long term aim. eg reduce accidents by half

Determine a traget. eg. reduce number of working days lost due to accidents by 10% in next 6 months.

Then implement through Action Next...
